Delivery policy (please also read our T&C)
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We ship all orders promptly however, due to any unforeseen factors, deliveries may be significantly delayed in transit. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery options
Economy delivery: (UK only)
- Courier: Royal Mail 48, (3-5 days in transit). Free UK delivery on orders above £20.00
Standard delivery: (UK only)
Courier: Royal Mail 24, (1-2 working days in transit). Free UK delivery on orders above £50.00
Courier: FedEx (1-2 working days in transit).
- Courier: Royal Mail Special Delivery, (Next Working Day before 1 pm). We don't use this service for heavy items such as ATS panels.
International Tracked (Royal Mail): cost depends on total weight.
- 5-25 working days, with tracking Number.
Should you wish to use your own preferred shipping method- please contact us.
Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive when it should (see above). We'll find out what happened to your order and rectify the problem ASAP. Sorry, but we cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf.
